FAQ
(frequently asked questions)
here you see some recurring questions, that are frequently asked:
I didn’t receive any mail from you although I’m registered
I don’t receive mails any longer, have I been canceled from the distribution list?
I receive your e-mails twice (or three times)
I don’t receive uncensored (E+ and E++) e-mails (anymore)
Questions concerning the check for your legal age
I cannot open a file, or don’t know which application to use
Why do you send files zipped and not the file itself?
Would it be (technically) possible to have a "separate" mailing list for people that do not have a zip application on their computer?
I have problems with some of your e-mails, that contain zipped files according to your description
Why do you send hyperlinks to e.g. a flash animation instead of the file itself?
I cannot open some of the file types. It is blocked by Outlook with a message similar to: "OE removed following unsecure attachments from the e-mail: misc.files.pps" or "Blocked access to potentially unsecure attachments"
Warum kommen deine Mails unter Abschirmung *Spam* an?
My server reports a virus in your e-mail!
- I didn’t receive any mail from you although I’m registered.
This page is a one man show only, sometimes it can happen that I don’t send emails for a few days caused by illness or other reasons. If there are no mails for a longer period, please check the following things:
the ero- distibution allows for mails up to 10 MB. Maybe you have selected a bigger mail size than your account can receive. Most provider's don't post the mail size allowed. If the size selected by you is too big for your provider, you will get no information about the blocked mail. Please change the mail size your want to receive and check if you receive a mail afterwards.
check your spamfolder. Maybe your / your provider’s settings sort my mails as spam, if so, please change your settings.
if you read the mails in the office, maybe the companies’ server block my mails.
- I don’t receive mails any longer, have I been canceled from the distribution list?
My first question always is since when do you not receive the mails, if it is only for a few days, please remember I’m a one man show only, it can happen that I’m unable to send mails for a period of up to 5 days. Sometimes I'm not able to send mails because I have to do other things.
So please bear with me, why shall I delete you from my mailing list?
You can check on this homepage if I have send mails generally. Therefore please go to "download OnlyGirls" or "Download heterosexual" (depending on what you have chosen) and check what I have sent in the past days.
If there something is listed I have sent mails in general. Now you can click "status request" (in account settings). There you can see if I have sent mails to you and if not the reason will be shown.
If the status report shows that I have send mails to you as well, please check your spam filter of your mailsoftware, your provider or your employer. Maybe the mails are sorted out as spam or similar.
- I receive your e-mails twice
If this happend once or maybe twice than it might be that my server had a hiccup and it happened "accidentally". I cannot exclude this completely as it is not due to the system I use to send e-mails. But as I said, this should only happen once or maybe twice.
If this happens everyday, then I’m sure you are registered with two different e-mail addresses. I don’t send e-mails twice. It happens quite often that someone was registered with an old e-mail address that is not active anymore but that is forwarding to the current e-mail address. Please have a close look in the field "To". Depending on your e-mail software you will see your e-mail address or your name. If you only see your name then try to get the e-mail address behind it. If you are using Outlook for example then double click your name. The e-mail addresses of the two e-mails are probably different. If that is the case just unregister yourself with one of the e-mail addresses.
If both e-mail addresses are similar please try the following. Unregister yourself for three days from the mailing list. You can find my e-mails in the download area so you are not missing anything. If you are now receiving a single e-mail each day than please try to find someone who knows a lot about computers in your circle of friends. Ask him if he can help you find out to which e-mail address those e-mails you receive are send. Because I’m not sending e-mails to an unregistered address for sure!
If you don’t receive any e-mails anymore please register again after those three days. If they are send to you twice again please send me a message to Contact
- I don’t receive uncensored (E+ and E++) e-mails (anymore)
If you are not yet registered just register yourself by following the link "Erotik-Angebot" at the very bootom under "uncensored e-mails" .
If you are registered there are different reasons why the e-mails you receive are censored. I have an e-mail address to answer those questions. This e-mail address is generally very helpful if you want to know why you receive or don’t receive this and that from me.
Send an empty e-mail to the e-mail address statusanfrage@funmail2u.de and wait for a couple of minutes. You then receive an automatic e-mail from me. This e-mails says when and how many megabyte I send to you OR why I didn’t send to you at all.

- I cannot open a file, or don’t know which application to use
If your computer cannot open a file, then either the relevant application or the information about the application’s name is missing.
If the application is not found, you can open the context menu by clicking the right button of your mouse on that file within the file explorer. There you choose "open with" and select the appropriate application (if it is installed on your computer).
Following list shows applications you can use to open the files:
ASF, AVI, MPG/MPEG and WMV are video files and will be opened by the Windows Mediaplayer by default. I recommend VLC and Winamp as players for the videos. You can download the VLC media player from http://www.videolan.org/ and Winamp from www.winamp.com for free.
Especially with video files it can happen, that one file with a certain file ending works properly while the other doesn’t. For example one AVI file won’t run with the Mediaplayer while another AVI file does. That does’t necessarily mean that the video file that is not running is broken! With a different player it might work properly! The reason for that is that even video files with the same file ending might have been created with a different compression technique (a so called codec). If the player is too old or doesn’t know the codec, the video won’t run at all or you might only hear the sound without any pictures. To run an AVI file, the DivX codec might be required (www.divx.de). If even the newest version of your player is’t working for a certain file, then just use a different player for that file.
MP2, MP3, WAV, WMA are music files. The above said for video files is true for music files as well. The Windows Mediaplayer is the default player, but I recommend Winamp.
PDF files are a very common file format to interchange documents over the internet. An application to read pdf-files is a must-have for everyone. You can download the standard application from Adobe. Since it is pretty large and slow as well, I recommend Foxit Reader. It’s a very fast application and as easy to use as its larger standard equivalent. It’s freeware and you can download it from zdnet.
PPS files are Powerpoint presentations. PowerPoint is part of Microsoft Office. If you don’t have Microsoft Office you can download the PowerPoint-Viewer from Microsoft free of charge.
Unfortunately more and more people tell me that PPS files are destroyed or deleted by the mail server of their company. So if you have Powerpoint on your computer and it shows an error opening the file, the mail server in your office most likely destroyed the file. The reason is that a lot of companies want to avoid such funny files. So unfortunately in that case I can’t do nothing. I do not really want to zip PPS files.
SWF files are small films or games that can be opened with the Internet Explorer. But the SWF-Opener is much better. You can download ist from www.chip.de. It is a really nice freeware application that will display SWF files correctly!
XLS files are opened with Microsoft Excel. Excel is a powerful spreadsheet application and part of MS-Office. You can do a lot of things with it. For those without MS-Office (which is rather expensive), they can download Open Office from http://de.openoffice.org/. It is a very good software that is free of charge, which contains most office applications.
Those who just want to view XLS files might go for the smallest solution that is free of charge as well: the Excel Viewer 2003, that one can download as well.
ZIP is the most common compression technique. That means that one ore more files are packed in one ZIP file. You need an application to pack and unpack. Earlier on WINZIP was the application of your choice. But they want money for it nowadays. You can find a lot of applications free of charge by searching for WINZIP on the website www.kostenlos.de. Those who want to have a comfortable program download PowerDesk 5.0 from www.download.de. It’s the application I only work with and I even replaced the file explorer with it. It’s a very good software that comes as freeware with a small part showing commercials or cost only small money if you get the full version.
By the way: some ZIP applications (as the much praised PowerDesk) can open files from within the ZIP file. That doesn’t work for most EXE files. In that case you will get an error message that you can avoid if you unpack the EXE file, save it to your harddrive and start it from there.
- Why do you send files zipped and not the file itself?
Many people receive my e-mails in their office. Attachments with file ending ASF, AVI, EXE, MP3, MPG, SWF, WMV will be deleted by many company servers. Thus the files are packed and send as zip-file. And in addition, sending files zipped reduces the overall files size as well.
- Would it be (technically) possible to have a "separate" mailing list for people that do not have a zip application on their computer?
Technically this wouldn’t be a problem, but if I would open up an extra mailing list, I would have to sit around even longer and work on it all. It’s the time that gets in the way of doing it. And it must be a zip file, because the files with file ending EXE, SWF, MPG etc. are deleted automatically by the server for those that normally read in the office. I could send everything unpacked, but probably half the receivers of the e-mail wouldn’t get any files anymore at all.
- I have problems with some of your e-mails, that contain zipped files according to your description
The zip files are deleted by several servers because your employer does not want you to receive zip-files. Most of the time it contains something not required for work. There is a workaround but it is very time consuming: I pack the files as usual and rename the zip file to DOC. This way the server won’t delete the attachment because it thinks it is an Office-document (a letter for example). But I would have to send the renamed files to everyone and they would complain that they have to rename my files first. So I’m sorry. We both cannot do nothing if you continue reading in your office. It would only work if you would register from home.
Tip: If you want to avoid ZIP files, you can download the files with their original file ending from my website under "FUN" or "Erotic" and then "e-mail of the last 14 days".
- Why do you send hyperlinks to e.g. a flash animation instead of the file itself?
I think links are very practical as they allow me to hand out even more fun without increasing the size of my mailing. Ok, it’s bad luck for those having no access to the internet. But as long as I have a lot to hand out the links are a good way to add more fun.
If you want to save a file, because the website might not be available in the future anymore, you can navigate in the Internet Explorer to "Extras" --> "Options" --> first = "Delete Files..." and "Delete Cookies..." and then "Properties" --> "Show files..." The Windows Explorer shows up and you find a *.swf - file with the name of the clicked link --> copy the file wherever you want and then "open with ..." --> InternetExplorer!!!
(whoever knows a better way to do this please let me know by e-mail so I can correct this)
- I cannot open some of the file types. It is blocked by Outlook with a message similar to: "OE removed following unsecure attachments from the e-mail: misc.files.pps" or "Blocked access to potentially unsecure attachments"
Depending on what Outlook you are using, try the following:
Outlook Express only: In Outlook, go to Tools/Options and select the Security tab. If "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is checked, you might want to uncheck it. Then you should receive all e-mails and attachments.
Only Outlook in Microsoft Office (that is Outlook 2000, 2002/XP and 2003): You cannot switch of the function through any menu. Unfortunately this black list of add-ons can only be maintained through the Windows Registry. There is a freeware tool that adds itself to the Outlook menu. It allows you to decide as the case arises what you want to block. You can find the tool here .
- Warum kommen deine Mails unter Abschirmung *Spam* an?
I am stated as spammer by your provider. The reason is that other users, that are using the same provider as you, marked my e-mail as spam. This is noticed by the provider, who will either mark the e-mail as spam in the subject line or move the e-mail to the spam folder. It upsets me that some idiots are just to lazy to unsubscribe and rather mark my e-mails as spam so they stop appearing in their inbox. This way they harm me because I waste valuable traffic for them and it is not nice to be listed as spammer. And they harm other users because they have to look for my e-mails in their spam folder. I would be happy if it were not like this and I am dependent on your support. I don't know how it works with your provider (it's different with each of them), but try to mark my e-mails as no spam. If enough users will do so, I will be "rehabilitated" and my e-mails won't be spam for your provider anymore. Thank you in advance for your support.
- My server reports a virus in your e-mail!
Sometimes a server will report that there is a virus in my e-mail. It already happened with Yahoo.de and Web.de. Hopefully it's obvious that you do not open such a file! Not because I did send a virus but because someone could use my e-mail address as camouflage to really send a virus.
I do not send a virus. Some of the anti virus applications on various servers are configured that strict, that they sometimes even report a virus where there is none. After all they want to provide the highest possible security and such misunderstandings can happen.
But once again: whoever gets a virus reported does, of course, not open the file! But in general, I can prove for each file I send that there is no virus. I have never send a virus, an I do not plan to do so!
